Much too perfectly round to be a hammered renaissance coin.
My second thought is that it is a modern jeweler's die struck copy, made from 18ct gold, the marking at the base of the Fleur de Lis attests to this.
Some heat damage at the rim in four places, where this copy was hard soldered to the bezel.
Always intended to be a jewelry piece.
Has gold jewelry value, but no numismatic value.
An excellent 'steal' if you have bought it for the same sort of price as the other 'junk' items.
