It's on my wantlist, but is lower priority than others. But thanks for the link to Downies. I never thought to check them for UK coins. I looked at their US site, and they have a couple of the RM folders that I am looking for.

i ordered them today , I guess the victoria cross and army theme folder appeals to me , I dont know how many they will make or whether they will increase in value , but for once I just bought something because I like it and dont care about the investment side of things , come to think of it that is the way I used to buy coins until I became aware of ebay and started looking at how much profit I could make if I ever sold

Best policy to take with those, modern British coins rarely do well.

As a buyer it appears to me the older British coins are doing rather well themselves! As a matter of fact, it seems, the whole world market is pretty hot right now and unless you are looking for something that no one else really wants you had best be prepared to pay a hefty price! Sure makes me wish I had started on Darkside coins years and years ago!!!

I'm with Ętheling on this one. I gave up buying from The Royal Mint a long time ago. Its A shame but you can almost always buy the products cheaper on the secondary market if you wait a year or two.

If it isn't too late, you might consider looking at what the postage for these would be from the UK. The RM is selling the set for £5.91, which is 14AUD, compared to Downies 24.95AUD.
ahhh, never mind. The RM charges £7 for international postage, which would give you a net total of 30.54AUD, vs. Downies 32.95AUD (8AUD shipping)

I am not a big fan of Canadian coins.
However this is a nice one, especially if you love the theme.
