Just wondering if it is worth grading. I've collected coins my whole life but never been a diehard collector. But recently I have been getting more into it.
To me it looks like a proof with some very fine scratches, it needs to be professionally cleaned.
I don't know how the pictures will turn out the raised parts are matte (like an s proof) and the background is mirror like.
Pics are in 3 different lights, maybe this helps

It is a proof, but the scrape lines, possibly from a buffing, make it into.a impaired proof.

Which means it wouldn't qualify to be numerically graded.

It's still a bright coin and worth saving, but the value would be close to the silver melt value.

Melt value today is $6.20.
