hellynichols1218 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 08/25/2019 11:22 pm Hi I'm super new to this forums, this site and coin collecting so please pardon my lack of knowledge as I am seeking information on these quarters. I have the CSN(cable shopping network) 1999 Philadelphia mint State Quarters 5 piece set which is set in a medium blue setting in a plastic case which is in an envelope decorated with the American flag with the bald eagle in the center and I am seeking any information you may have on these quarters like if they are uncirculated, are the a proof set, are they silver and so on. While still in the plastic case I put the quarters under my microscope for inspection and on my Delaware quarter on the obverse side the "liberty" seems to be double died and so I was just curious as to the specs of the particular coins.
