I've not collected Italian coins, with one exception. I have a good friend whose last name is Papaleo and I pick up items for him that are associated with Pope Leo. One of his ancestors was in the guard for Leo, way back in the time. I don't know Pope Leo I from Pope Leo X, if it catches my eye and is reasonable I get it.
