Yes, Mughal era, and nice condition. There are many dozens of similar types of coins. Perhaps someone will recognize this one. Meanwhile if you're able to provide a diameter and weight it might help with identification. If close to 20 grams the denomination could be a copper dam, double paisa, or takka.
