Could you define "Minor Collectible Bullion Coin"? Which features should have bullion coin to describe it as "minor collectible"? And does anybody know any examples of such coins?

I would assume "minor" was being used here in the numismatic sense of meaning "small". I would define a "minor bullion coin" as anything less than a quarter-ounce. For example, I have an Australian 1/20th ounce platinum koala bullion coin that I would definitely qualify as "minor" - it's only 13mm across!

But I don't think it's "small coins". It's on of three types of bullion coins: true bullion coins, major collectible bullion coins and minor collectible bullion coins...

it could mean a coin that is mostly bullion value (which the price goes up and down with spot prices)but has some interest as a collectible to some collectors for numismatic value. probably a series that isn't widely collected but does have a small premium over spot price added on to the coin for collector value

so in that case it would include things like lower grade WLH and Franklin halves?
