I bought 10 rolls of machine rolled quarters in search of the west mint and what I got was 10 rolls of all 2018-P Block Island National Wildlife Refuge Quarters in BU condition. I did open 5 rolls and found over a roll and a half of Coins with DIE CRACKS. Many look Like the picture attatched and some are smaller but in the same place. I still have 5 rolls unopened. Is it worth my time to Put them in FLips and try to sell some and what should I do with the remaining Unopened 5 rolls. THanks in advance for your advice!

That's a die chip, so it's a little different than a die crack. A small piece of the die has broken off and that allows metal to expand into the area that's gone. It's showing up on more and more of the new quarters lately. Since this is just a small break it's not really worth a premium over face.

FYI:
Some of the DDRs for Block Island have a die chip in that area.
VV list 2 DDRs and 1 of them having a die chip in that area http://www.varietyvista.com/09e%20W...0quarter.htm
CRDieVarieties lists 3 DDRs and 2 of them have a die chip in that area http://crdievarieties.com/doku.php?id=atb2018pri
