1998 Lincoln Memorial Cent Broadstruck Plus ? - Sneezing Lincoln

Another one I'm not sure of and am asking for help. Looks like a standard old broadstrike (20.1mm diameter) but also with a plating issue of some kind. The big "sneeze" is incuse, but the coin still weighs 2.53g.

Opinions very welcome!

Looks to be a broadstrike with a strike through some foreign object

Very neat error coin! It was also Struck Through Grease with Grit mixed into it.
