This thing in lead I think I found long time ago I think is lead and words are IGLM OR IGLA. Sure is difficult to understand but maybe some Roman or Celtic. Thx lots

That looks like a part of a lead bag or bale seal.They were used to ensure that a quantity received by a buyer was just as sent by a producer.

yep agree with Dennman
lead seals were attached to many trade goods in the past, the seal attempted to ensure the product was packaged as recorded by the seal
interesting find, they sure tell a story like other relics do
