Some of those the seller are obvious fakes or questionable.

Especially this:

I am not sure about other international notes, but I mostly collect Chinese notes. Not sure if anybody noticed this..

That thing looks like it came out of a laser printer.
I can only guess real ones don't all those English characters, like "USA"
