I think that's best. Nice coin, though!

The scratch under the third column on the steps is not a problem?

When I am trying to determine FS, I try to evaluate as a TPG would. If I were to get into FS collecting, my personal standards would be higher, but this coin seems very likely to receive FS if it were submitted. That scratch is quite minor and, I believe, within TPG tolerance.

I think that could get 67+ with PCGS. I'm no good at determining FS, but that looks pretty good to me!

. If you are looking to get it slabbed by a TPG call them first and ask whether you have to select the Variety option to get it evaluated for FS.

FS along with FBL, FT, FH, FB, several of the biggest VAMS etc are not varieties. They're automatic designations

Good advice. Those are dependent upon strike quality. That doesn't make them varieties.
