I couldn't match up the SPIKE HEAD at CUDS-ON-COINS http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...s-1990-1999/. Maybe it is new one?

A possible reverse doubled die (looks close to WDDR-025); close up to confirm. http://doubleddie.com/460112.html
