I recently read PCGS will now certify any coin as PL if it exhibits the qualities, is that true? Could I try to cross this to PCGS as a PL Business strike quarter? Report this Post to the Staff

Sometimes I wish the slabs didn't interfere with the picture of the actual coin. What caught my eye with this one was the detail in the pant leg of the man in front.
