Hi there, have clear pictures of what looks as though may be a double die or proof. Pictures taken at x10 magnification, and you can see the layering in front of the indians neck and chin. Under a microscope the layers are easily seen, as in last picture. What are your thoughts?

Not my area, but does not look like a proof. Does not look like a doubled die, but looks like Machine Doubling. Wait for a pro though.

Because the Indian is incuse, Machine Doubling enlarges devices instead of shrinking them. So on this coin, if it was a doubled die, it's devices would be smaller not larger
