Greetings to everyone.
Yesterday I found a 1999-D Georgia State Quarter in a coin roll but this one had a yellow-tint. It weighs 5.7gms and all dimensions as expected (in mint condition).

Can someone explain?

I have provided a photo comparing the yellow-tint quarter with a normal quarter.

Thanks in advance,
Ben

I'd say it's toning, that is a really high grade quarter.
