Can you provide photos of both sides of the entire coin?

Apologies that is as sharp as I can get with the camera I have on hand at the moment. Anyone care to give a grade on this coin I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I can't offer any input on the variety, but grade looks to be in the low MS range. That obverse is REALLY baggy.

MS-60. Looks like a die scratch and not a doubled mint mark.
