200? Nickel What All Is Wrong Here?

I'm new to coin searching and found this nickel in the coin jug. I have tried to search other posts and tutorials, but there is a lot of information and would like some help identifying the issues on this coin. The obverse date trails off, is it die wear (if so why is the mint mark sharp?) and is the uniform streaking a strike through? The reverse looks like a weak strike along the top. Like I said I'm new to all this and would like some help finding out about this coin.
