Need a grade on this 2006 error cent. My guess would be MS64

OP - Is that in fact a corrosion spot on the reverse?

Yeah, sure looks like corrosion on the reverse. it would get detailed by a grader. Picture is too blurry to see the doubled ear.
Are you thinking FS-101 or FS-102 because the doubling is pretty big on the ear on either of those for 2006, I'd think it shoudl be visible even if blurry.

Maybe as FS-101 it could be worth the grading fees to get it graded if it didn't get detailed and MS64. If FS-102 I don't think it would be worth the cost.
Either way ideally you'd want it grading higher than MS65 if it is a doubled ear 2006, and you'd want full red without and condition issues.
