As I'm beginning to sift through my huge stash of 2019 rolls for DDO's (which is rather difficult because I haven't been able to find good comparison diagrams between a normal cent and DDO for this year), I found a few with this weird thing below the "E" in "LIBERTY". Any idea of what it could be, and are they worth keeping? Thank you guys as always!

I am seeing too much glare in that picture to provide any input. Please take more pictures please, and make sure they don't have too much glare and make sure they're as sharp too.
