What does the rim look like directly opposite of that point?

I must say, I am very confused as to how your photos are of screenshots of coins saved on CCF

You should really get used to posting pictures of the full coin along with your other pictures. Most of the time you need the rest of the coin to tell the whole story.... Here we would be looking for the blakesley effect

I use the image optimizer they offer here and screen shot the results :) I forgot to crop it lol... The rim looks perfectly fine everywhere else

Not exactly sure on value, but it's probably still worth a few bucks, despite the damage.

You can save the pictures directly from the optimize. Just hit save all until the green arrows pop on the pictures, then click the arrows

On the reverse shot of the entire coin, on the reverse opposite thew clip, the coin has a semi circle imprint on it. Does that have anything to do with the clip ?

Panther, the reverse picture of that area you're talking about, isn't clear enough to be sure, but it might be damage possibly. Need a clearer reverse picture, to be 100% sure though.

Looks like a legit clip from the photos. Super common error and few collect them plus damage so I'd put it at about $0.25 A premium over a normal coin, but not much. In general, I'd say that clips are a good place to start an error coin collection as they are abundant and very cheap. A group of AU/MS clips on ebay might only go a buck a coin. Nice error coins and very reasonable prices.
