that green color is I believed its called patina it only is like that when hit with the right lighting

Could be, but there was a colorized version of this coin where the back was painted, because of the difference in tone between the obverse and the reverse, I think this is one of those but someone has removed most of the paint. Looks like a bit of the gold color may be left on the rim also.
