Hi guys,
Newbie questions. Is the missing dot and weak lettering on this coin because it was Struck Through Grease? And if so would this cause the doubled die on the reverse? Would sending this off to be attributed and/or graded be even worth the time and money?

Not worth getting it graded by a TPG. Just Machine Doubling unfortunately, which is worthless.
