Hi, I have a one penny coin from 1907. One face has Brittania as normal but there is no reverse side with royal head. The coin just has a ridge all around to make the edge as normal and then only a hollowed out blank face. Hence it is only half the weight/thickness of a standard penny. Wonder if it a trial or test blank from the pressing/ manufacture? Please help

Many thanks. I'd have never have guessed a Magicians coin.

If the rim is raised, most likely it's half of a Magician's coin, agree.
