1934 LWC Lamination Error And DDO?

I posted this in the coinroll hunting group as well. Long story short, bought $10 in pennies from the bank and I think I stumbled upon someone collection.This is one of them I found.
Is it a lamination error, or struck through? Also, when I looked closer at the date it appears to have doubling?

Looks like a lam. Much larger pics needed to check for doubling.
