While I am not great at grading, I can tell that the folks here may have a hard time with these photos. You can see the details fine, but the surfaces are difficult to see. I do see what looks to be a hit to the lower left of the torch. Any 1964 dime is a keeper in my book regardless of grade, and this one does look to be nice. It would have to grade exceptionally high for it to have much added value. I can say it's a nice dime that should go in a folder or a roll/tube.

I would agree on pic quality. In this particular case, it doesn't really matter, AU or uncirculated - it's basically just a bullion coin.
