Posted 9-21 pre auction asking for advice on 4 nice cents. I
Won the 1914 for $6, the 1919s for $8, the 1916d for $4, but lost out on the 1920 because I had to get the kids situated with tornados touching down here in north central wisconsin. Everyone is ok but me the 1920 sold for only $6 posted here are in hand pictures most were weighing in at ms63 is the verdict still the same. Sorry to ask again but at $4 in it so far seems maybe one to try for a ms64 slabbed. Thank you.

muddyknucks Because your asking for opinions on the coins you buy I have to give you my honest opinions . The 16-D which is the only coin your showing us on this post I feel is an AU-58 and would never get it slabbed .

Pics aren't the best. AU-58 at worst, no higher than 63RB.

thank you T-BOP and everyone else as I mentioned the 4 coins were posted 9-21 the 1919s and 1914 arent bad very similar condition everyone weighed in that wanted to the 1916d was the most valuable of the 3 think the all may just end up in my dansco though up to this point it will have been all circulation cents. Next coins posted will be a few of my toned circulation cents probably for grading though that means I have to attempt to pick out the best. Love this site thank you all so much.

Good decision. I don't think the TPGs would be kind to this coin.

That coin had a hard life, appears to have been in a folder and banging the obverse against something. The reverse is real nice, I don't see any wear. I think this is one of the lowest MS examples I've ever seen. Not too often I grade a coin this....

MS-63RB. Not the best eye appeal though.
