I found this 2005 west Virginia odd colored quarter. It is circulated condition and the color is consistent all over the coin. Was wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like it?

Is that a plated quarter?, the reeds look silver. Also,please remove coins from holders whenever possible before taking pics,thanx.
