So, I have many 1964 silver half dollar coins that look fabulous, as they are not worn or scratched, however, through 10x magnification, there are some scuff or smudge like marks, along with some stuff that appears stuck around the date. I did an acetone soak but I have never cleaned, scrubbed, or rubbed the coins, so I'm not sure what that stuff is from. Anyways, with that said, could you kindly grade this coin for me as is? I figured, after the acetone soak, if the fingerprints are still there, then they are not going anywhere. But there is the issue of the yellow stuff at the bottom, in the lettering.
