technically MS-63, but weakly struck and not the best eye appeal. I still like the other MS-62 you showed with the nice strike much better.

I don't like how you cant blow this one up any larger to see it better. I think it makes 63. the weak strike is typical for this issue. the price isn't bad but reflects that it may short of a nice 63
