Should-I-Get-This-Graded?-1953-Jefferson-Nickel-Full-Steps-Without-A-Doubt

I have a hard time with image uploader so they probably aren't perfect pics. I'd give money to the site to be able to easily just upload pics directly from my phone

Remove coins from holders before taking photos whenever possible. Needs to grade at least MS64.Are you sure your coin is not a proof?http://www.numismedia.com/rarecoinp...proof=&plus=

Agree. Please try again, with larger, straight-on pics without flashback.

If it actually is FS than yes it is. Essentially any 53 P that is FS is worth getting graded

I don't think it is a proof. If it was shouldn't it have a mint mark of S? I'm kinda new to all this. After dinner I will take it out of the card/plastic. I couldn't find a flaw at all and the steps are beautiful a distinct. Standby for better pics and thanks to everyone for any help
Rest in Peace

Ill stop back when you've loaded new photos. If it is a legitimate FS, it's definitely worth NGC or PCGS.

OP - The proof of this year had no mint mark, certainly not S.

If you edit before using the optimizer it's fairly easy if time consuming. There's probably a way to edit the size of the file on your phone but I haven't gotten around to figuring it out.

Here are the steps. Best I can do w my phone camera. It pixelates if I zoom any more without more light which obscures due to glare

Sorry, still not close enough to verify FS. Field toning spot detracts.

Looks FS with some minor issues on reverse. Now we need comparable close-ups on the obverse.
