No listings for a 67 DDR but it looks like the columns are doubled here... this is after a soak in acetone... what do you think?

Hello Dennis omara,

Sometimes die abrasions or linear imperfections would extend above and below the building. It looks like it is doing it here but at a different angle

One time someone else spotted something I missed. It was a MAD with a partial collar. So, I make it a habit to post full pictures of both sides.
