Very unevenly struck, with the breast suggesting EF but the tail only Fine. Perhaps VF-30?

the reverse does not match the obverse and appears to be weakly struck. overall the coin would fit into the VF30 area but the value would be netted down to maybe VF20 imo so at $41 the price is about right

Bold obverse with a weak reverse. The tail comes very weak on many of these so I don't use that to judge grade. VF-30 on this one.
