I've just come upon this 50 pesos gold coin.
It looks to be in uncirculated condition (with some bagmarks). But I'm not entirely sure. So I would like to hear your opinion about its possible grade.

Beautiful Coin. I see no problem except slight scratches under the feet and 1821 that extend out to the rim. The reverse is a MS-66 in my opinion, but the obverse is a MS-65 because of bag marks and dings. So overall, I'd say MS-65.

with the consensus at 65, and a strong 7/10 Eye appeal.

I am not familiar with this coin, and was wondering if the rim reverse is supposed to be flat or not. It almost looks scalloped (wavy) from 4:00 to 11:00.

Wow, I didn't think that this topic would get so much attention.
Again, thank you all for the answers. Now, I am more than happy whit the condition of the 50 pesos.
But I'm a little bit concerned about the scratches below the winged liberty and on the rim.
Wouldn't they knock the coin to unc details?

Bottom bar of the '2' in 1921 looks a bit faint.
?Slight impact damage?
