Are 1950's Lincoln cents with the "BIE" error, and "filled in" numbers and letters worth any more than regular cents?

The BIE coins in mint state still carry a small premium they used to have a much larger following but have since lost most but a few collectors still actively collect them when they find them .

the filled letters and things of that nature usually do not carry much if any extra value .
