Kloccwork419 Pillar of the Community United States 1359 Posts	Posted 09/21/2008 09:20 am If I could get a better picture u can see that its actually on top of the coin almost.on 2 of the edges theres a lip that u can get a grip on but cant pull it off. Unless chips have them then I gues it is. I dont know one way or the other Report this Post to the Staff
