neither? it has minor damage on par with being circulated and its age (I see a gash on the left rim etc), and it has weird toning (metal discoloration). Toning of these colors is desirable when more even, but this is too splotchy to attract a buyer IMHO. Toning is subjective, though. I dunno if this would be called artificial toning or not.
