VF-30, but it might well have been cleaned, I agree. CN coins can be difficult to gauge from photos.
Rest in Peace

I realize it's a CN IHC but this color is telling me it's cleaned . Liberty is messed up , scratches on reverse and obvious obverse wear . VF-25 Details .

This came in and the bad news is that it appears to have light scratches in the obverse and reverse that would likely details the coin. These are visible clearly with a loupe but very hidden to the naked eye. The coin has great color and eye appeal. Despite the scratches it is a great looking coin and I am happy to keep it.

Nice coin. I think you're right and it would detail grade with the scratches. Is that a die chip at the B in LIBERTY or is it damage?

it looks like raised metal so a die chip is possible
