I think so also. reverse is pushing 65. obverse looks better than 61 for sure. I think it has a good shot to regrade at MS63

Definitely a regrade candidate.

ANACS consistency is a bit suspect at times, but the upside to that is that you can sometimes snag some real bargains if you grade well with good photos.

By PCGS standard, It should grade 62 or 63. Strong strike, minimal bag marks.

The obverse limits this to MS61 in my opinion...

I don't trust the photos and that's a pretty heavy whack on her nose.

Seller's business card photo indicates they are a CAC member; so why wouldn't you submit such an "undergraded" coin (especially a slightly better date/MM such as this) for a green bean, or crack it out and resubmit it yourself for a pretty decent financial gain?

It may make 63 but I wouldn't pay 63 money for it.

Nice frosty coin but there must be something we are not seeing for this one to only go MS-61.
