Seller's business card photo indicates they are a CAC member; so why wouldn't you submit such an "undergraded" coin (especially a slightly better date/MM such as this) for a green bean, or crack it out and resubmit it yourself for a pretty decent financial gain? It may make 63 but I wouldn't pay 63 money for it.
