This coin was in my dad's collection. He has tons of older coins, I just cant tell for sure if they're unique. This ones' colors are different than the rest, and seems to have more detailing. Do you see anything?

Very common date that appears to have suffered some sort of environmental damage.  to the CCF!

 They made tons of these, supposedly from recovered shell casings from the battlefields. Nothing special.

 at least it is a Wheat cent. Only worth a few cents though.

You might consider purchasing a " Red Book" guise to U.S. coins... it'll help you learn about coins. I hope you'll stick around and don't be afraid to ask questions!
