I know that the 2 coins on the ends have been cleaned/altered but I'm not sure about the center coin (D Mintmark). Thank you for any help you can give me.

Look dull, probably slightly circulated. I think they were probably cleaned too.

Value is no more than 1921 Morgan bullion value as seen on ebay.... $18-$20 a coin... in my opinion. I'll let other, more seasoned collectors chime in. But my opinion is slightly circulated and/or cleaned and aren't worth more than their bullion value or junk value on ebay.

For me, the pics are too small to evaluate, but agree they're just bullion coins in any event.

If they really were 1922 Morgans, then I'd say yes, they were altered!
Rest in Peace

As mentioned, it's hard to tell with those small photos, but it really doesn't matter a great deal for value.

Post the center coin by itself if you want more precise analysis.
