Evilpenguinj New Member Canada 7 Posts	Posted 10/22/2019 09:05 am Hey Everyone For 2013 there was Canadian Arctic Expedition quarter and a Life in the North Quarter. There is supposed to be frosted and non frosted of both of these coins. But I can't seem to see any difference. Does anyone have a photo or can describe what I should be looking for?
