1981 LMC With Semi Circular Die Crack At Bottom Of Memorial Help Please

I found this 1981 LMC with a semicircular die crack at the bottom of memorial with what appears to be a hit right at the bottom of the memorial any thoughts on this LMC thanks in advance for any help
