1959 10 Centimos Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Help Attributing?

I deal in only American coins from all Date ranges, but I've never really got into foreigns. Today, I decided to take a peek at this coin and saw this Doubled Die. I tried researching it but nothing came up. Could anyone tell me what variety this is and what site I could use to attribute it? Report this Post to the Staff
