I can usually spot a dryer piece, when unwrapping the roll.

This came as a surprise, as the edge isn't rounded.

If the weight is still 5 grams it may have been pressed with flat metal disc in a tube or pipe. That would keep the edge intact and remove details. Do you see any incuse letters?

Not a Dryer Coin, might be ground down, could be a low pressure strike.

I posted a similar one, way back. Mike had something to say, to the effect, that low pressure,

test strike and similar monikers are really a misnomer for something else. I've tried looking for

that thread, to no avail. You're right Carl, probably better outta my sight. I've another 48 rolls to go through.
