Opinions On A 1964 Canadian Penny, Error Or Damaged?

Salishbunny New Member Canada 16 Posts	Posted 10/29/2019 01:09 am I found this penny in a roll I bought a couple of months ago, immediately thought someone had damaged the Queen's face, but at a closer look the holes seem to have plating over them.
