Reverse seems to show clear evidence of hairlines and mishandling. I'll say PR 61 if that.

I see many die polishing lines in the field of both sides of the coin, the reverse being riddled with them.

I don't see this much on penny's. Evidently it was made late in the minting process.

I also give it PF-61.
