This is a 1990 Philadelphia penny. The odd thing it has a flag next to the face if the coin. It looks like a flag from a quarter. Info please

A novelty coin made outside the mint .Many different ones exist .

I can certainly understand why you would ask.

Someone stamped the flag on your cent.

There are hundreds of different stamps over centuries.

Some folks do collect them, but the value is less than one dollar.

I would love to own a Dusey.
The best I could manage was a Merc 450 SEL 6.9 - I owned one of those for 15 years.
THAT explains my membership name.
