High VF - 35. But the many parallel tiny scratches is a sure sign of hand (mechanical) cleaning.

I still love it. Well worth inclusion in most collections.

I'd go with upper VF.

Does it have any traveling cartwheel luster that goes through the 'entire' coin on both sides including the areas that look cleaned or whizzed?
