1998 - D Washing Quarter 25c "Missing Earlobe/Talon" Error!?

Good Morning CCF,

Found 1998-D with the overpolished earlobe/ talon. Well I think it is. I look online and theres none. Also by the eye area it was shrink or looks like a tear.

Pls suggest if I should sell together with the 1996 P missing earlobe/ talon.
